This Refund Policy applies to all programs offered by Application.
Please note that due to the nature of our services, which involve personalized mentorship and one-on-one consulting or specific program development tailored to each student’s needs, all purchases are final. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise.
To request a refund:
1. Contact our customer support team at admin@applicationally.net within 7 (seven) days from the day of enrolment (day 1).
2. Clearly state the reason for your refund request and provide any supporting documentation if applicable.
3. The refund / partial refund will be prorated based on the number of program sessions / meetings completed.
Our decision on your refund request will be communicated via email within 5 (five) business days.
This Refund Policy is subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement signed by you and the Company. In case of any conflict, the terms of the Agreement shall prevail.
